What you\u2019ll do

Leading and owning the creative and production process from start to finish as a member of the marketing and creative teams. You\u2019ll serve as the central coordinator between our project owners, marketing, creative designers, and cross-functional internal teams. Overall you\u2019ll develop and orchestrate project plans, communicate flawlessly with stakeholders inside and outside of the creative function and fully immerse yourself in our business and owning your piece of the creative and execution process.   • Be a hands-on leader who can be direct and kind while managing teams/milestones, including the production process, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.\u00A0
  • Collaborate with internal/external creative teams and partners to develop fresh, creative, and diverse concepts and strategies for various projects, including quarterly magazines, research reports and dashboards, whitepapers, brochures, in person and virtual events, annual conference, email and banners, website homepage and landing pages, and more.\u00A0
  • Be naturally curious, detail- and goal-oriented, serving as the primary contact for designers (freelance designers and design agencies), including job scheduling, leading project kickoffs and discovery meetings, coordinating internal feedback/approval, completing legal paperwork, approving timesheets, and paying invoices\u00A0
  • Drive contract negotiations and payment, asset approval, final delivery and fulfillment of finished products.\u00A0

What you need to thrive in this role

  • This role is fully remote though preference will be given to those in the Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree and 5 + years of creative project management or production experience, preferably at an association or similar organization, with experience in all design formats (print, digital publications, website, email, digital platforms, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent project management, creative design, marketing operations, execution, and technical fulfillment skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, listening, interpretation, negotiating, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to successfully communicate with people inside and outside of the creative function.\u00A0
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Aptify (AMS), and Smartsheet (project management platform).
  • Solid understanding of relevant design software (Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Canva, etc.)
