About the position

Our client is on the lookout for an HR Administrator, a source of support for their Shared Services team. This role is pivotal in assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, ensuring a smooth journey for employees from hire to retire. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a beacon of guidance for HRBPs, managers, and employees on HR systems.
  • Seamlessly navigate between HR functions, addressing queries on recruitment, onboarding, life events, exits, payroll, and benefits.
  • Master the MyHR system, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and creating contracts with finesse using DocuHR.
  • Champion query resolution, adhering to SLAs, and updating stakeholders with impeccable service.
  • Drive continuous improvement, optimizing systems, and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships, becoming a trusted partner in delivering exceptional support services.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with company policies and tax legislation to ensure best practices in remuneration.

Requirements:

  • A 3-year Diploma in Human Resource Management, as your educational armor.
  • At least 3 years of payroll experience combined with 1-2 years in a bustling HR Service Centre environment.
  • Proven prowess in payroll software and a deep understanding of HR theories and practices.
  • A track record that includes onboarding, knowledge of employee tax regulations, and operational proficiency in Hire to Retire systems.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills to analyze and present data with precision.
  • Stellar communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to articulate policies and procedures effectively.
