I've been to Mavis Tires 3 times (in 2 different locations) now and every experience was excellent. One time, they fixed a damaged tire, another time they replaced a tail light and 1 other time I had all 4 tires replaced. Each experience was quick, efficient, very reasonably priced with great quality. I would go to them again and highly recommend their services.

I wanted to shout out to Tim and the team at Tuffy Tire and Auto Service in Wesley Chapel Fl. I needed to get a key repair done on my car in advance of a long trip. I was only given 1 day notice and I reached out to Tim to see if he could fit me in. Without hesitating he said yes and made it work. We moved to Wesley Chapel 1 year ago and needed to find an honest and reliable shop to service our 2 cars. We received a referral from someone in our neighborhood and it has worked out great.

My son let me borrow his car because it was crazy hot, and my car's AC is not working. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment. The car started to sound funny. There was a ton of traffic, and road construction. I continued on to MD building. When I parked, there it was, a flat tire! I went in for my appointment. When I came out, I thought,what am I going to do? Because it was after 5, I wanted to go somewhere close. I looked up tire places, Mavis came up, and it was about a mile away. Perfect. I called my friend. She had used Mavis in Saratoga Springs all the time. She told me that they were goo, so go. Really no line. Pulled right in. All the technicians were very courteous and pleasant.
Angelo and I went to my car, and I explained what happened. Took my car right away. Showed me the damaged tire. I had to purchase a new one. $119 for the tire. I didn't realize how much would be for taxes and labor etc. I'm very pleased with the service I received. Especially being an older woman with disabilities. Recommended!!

I just wanted to take the time to see how very pleased I was with my experience today. I called this morning on my way to work as I passed the shop and spoke with Edmond. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and was able to get me in for the services that I needed. I watch the entire team work on my truck and interacted with each one of them at some point during my time there everyone was outstanding and helpful. I dealt mostly with Edmond and Travis, but the other guys were all working together to get my job done so that I could get back on the road. Excellent customer service. I will be back for all my auto needs. And I will be Sending friends and family. I simply went in to get an alignment and tire rotation but I was quickly notified by Jon **, assistant manager, that there were other issues with my car. He was able to show me my tie rods were in bad shape along with the boots as they leaked a lot of grease. He was straightforward and honest about the issues. I trusted and appreciated his feedback and expertise. He was very busy that day but made time to thoroughly communicate the issue to me as well as the many customers he had dealt with that day. He was able to get my parts in a timely manner and completed the job in a timely manner as well. They always do a great job. Been go to this location for over 10 years. Vish always makes sure the repair or whatever issue needs to be addressed is fix. They let me know when there is something that needs to be addressed that I wasn't aware of and I always let them fix it. Preventative maintenance is better than finding something too late that cost more to fix or replace.

They were very prompt in service and took me in exactly at my appointment time. I backed my trailer in and they jacked the trailer up and started right away. The whole process only took an hour, which was very impressive to me considering they had to take off old tire, put new tire on rim, balance and then put it back on the trailer.
