Delaware Marlene Valentine 2023 Marlene Steele Valentine, age 90, of Delaware, OH. Passed away on Nov. 24, 2023. Marlene was born in Circleville on Sept. 19, 1933 to her parents Arthur L. and Reah (Hanley) Steele. Marlene attended Miami University in Oxford, OH after graduating from Circleville High School. She worked as a buyer for V&P Hydraulic Products in Delaware before retiring from there in 1995. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul, and her parents as well as her brother, Robert Steele. Marlene is survived by her daughters Julia Valentine McCoy (George) of Ava, MO. And Patricia Valentine Stought (Jeff) of Ostrander, OH; three grandchildren: Susan Marlene Stought (Matt McKinney) of Delaware, Julian... Columbus Paul Valentine 2023 Paul G. Valentine, age 94, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on March 23, 2023. Paul was born in Circleville, Ohio on September 26, 1928 to his parents Paul W and Helen (Huffman) Valentine. Paul served as a corpsman in the US Navy, near the end of WWII. While living in Circleville, he was the owner of Valentine's Sales and Service, a Zenith TV dealership. He is preceded in death by his parents as well as two sisters: Norma Jean Valentine and Patricia Valentine Drake. Dave was born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, on April 22, 1949, to Charles and Marjorie (Throckmorton) Treasure. Dave served in the US Air Force for 12 years as an airplane mechanic and crew chief. He was a manager at Milligan's Hardware in East Liverpool, Ohio, from 1994-2007 and later worked in the Deli department at Giant Eagle in Powell, Ohio. Dave enjoyed hiking in state parks, camping, cycling, fishing, gardening, and just spending time in nature. He also enjoyed reading, cooking, and (in his younger years) drag racing in his Camaro.
