My 30-day carnivore diet journey is in!! 🥩✨In my recent YouTube video, I spill the secrets on why I started the carnivore lifestyle and how much weight I lost in just 30 days!After months of research and listening to various videos, I finally committed to starting the carnivore diet on January 1st, 2024. I went all in, meticulously journaling everything I ate and how I felt. This journey prompted me to launch my YouTube channel, becoming a documentation of my highs and lows, successes, and challenges. I aim to share what’s working for me and what isn’t, emphasizing that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all.I strongly believe in the importance of individual experimentation with nutrition, recognizing that each person must find what works best for them. Sorting through conflicting advice online can be overwhelming, and I advocate for the value of personal exploration to truly understand what suits one’s unique needs.Having struggled with various health issues that left doctors unable to provide clear solutions, I embarked on this carnivore journey independently. While some may find it unconventional or even crazy, I believe in the necessity of self-discovery, especially when it comes to physical and mental health.In the video, I explore the details of my 30-day experience and the results I achieved. Years of battling an overwhelming afternoon crash took a toll – to the point where driving to pick up the kids felt like a risky endeavor, fearing I could doze off at any moment. 🌟 Seeking holistic wellness? Join me on my transformative journey! 🌟Over the past 5 years, I've navigated through various health challenges, exploring different avenues to reclaim my well-being. From the struggles of anxiety to the complexities of postpartum, I've uncovered valuable insights:1. Exercise Boosts Mood: Regular physical activity, including my beloved Zumba workouts, became a cornerstone in uplifting my mood. It releases endorphins, the body's natural mood enhancers, mitigating stress and anxiety.
2. Mindfulness for Mental Clarity: Incorporating mindfulness practices like meditation brought about mental clarity and relaxation. These moments of mindfulness became essential in managing the overwhelming feelings associated with anxiety.
3. Nutrition's Role in Wellness: Experimenting with various diets, including Keto, no dairy, low carb, and a gut protocol program, I realized the pivotal role nutrition plays in our overall well-being. Despite these efforts, there was no one-size-fits-all solution.
Frustratingly, doctors never delved into the possibility of addressing my concerns through nutrition. It wasn't until I decided to take matters into my own hands that I discovered the potential of the Carnivore diet.
