They only cared about what would make them the most money. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists.They always take the time to listen to me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. And I was offered a supplemental insurance and I was told that I could pay for it my next visit when I actually had some work done. I paid what I thought was for the care plan and that was actually the co payment instead. I was fooled and I will no longer patronize at Dental Associates for that reason, I was satisfied with the work that was completed. now I'm on the search for a new dentist again! I would have been satisfied with them charging me for half of the cost of the plan but they did not... so much for customer service.
